Refund and Returns Policy

YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS:

When you buy goods from a business, in law you have a number of rights as a consumer. These include the right to claim a refund, replacement, repair and/or compensation where the goods are faulty or misdescribed. Metatronia Foundation of Light products and services are covered by UK Legislation and Consumer Rights Act 2015.

RETURN OF PHYSICAL ITEMS:

In addition to your legal rights, we also allow you to request a refund up to 14 days of the original purchase date. Refunds are offered at our discretion. Once we receive the returned item we will then give a full refund (excluding shipping as we are unable to refund the initial shipping cost of your order). Please allow 1-2 weeks for your return to be processed. MTFOL cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in transit for initial purchases or returned item shipments, therefore we recommend an insured and trackable mail service for returns.

CHANGE OF MIND:

MTFOL do not offer refunds if the Buyer has received an item or service, has been contacted by MTFOL to acknowledge the purchase, and then decide that they no longer want the item/service. This includes all distant services, Products, Training, Attunements and sessions.

DIGITAL AND DISCOUNTED SERVICES:

Any Discounted, Digital, Products, Services, Attunements and supporting materials/items are not eligible for a refund. Once any digital items, Dropbox links or other service materials are issued to the Buyer, they cannot be refunded.

ATTUNEMENTS

If an Attunement is purchased it is up to the Buyer to book the Attunement in a timely manner. If not booked within a 30-day period from date of purchase, and training materials have been issued, a refund cannot be issued. Extensions for Attunement bookings can be given if you contact [email protected] before the 30-day period ends.

OTHER ENTITIES:

MTFOL do not issue refunds for any of its products or services purchased through other entities, such as other online retailers, distributors, events, or retail partners. Those purchases are the sole responsibility of the entity that you originally purchased the item/s from.

PROOF OF PURCHASE:

We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the item(s) or proof of received return delivery. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to MTFOL in an unsuitable condition, refunds cannot be issued. All physical items are inspected on return. There are no refunds on any Metatronia Digital products/services.
